You can return your order in whole or in part (within 14 days). If you have any questions about returning your order, please contact us.

Unfortunately, exchanging products is not possible at UPPAbaby.nu. However, you can return the product and order another product (note: the return costs are for your own account).

Follow the steps below to return your order:

1. Download (click on “return form”) and fill in the entire return form.
2. Carefully package the product you want to return (including accessories). If possible, in the original packaging.
3. Add the return form to the package.
4. Send the package to the following address:

We will process your return as soon as possible and refund the amount to your account within 14 days.

There are certain return conditions for returning products:

• You have 14 days to return all or part of your order. If you have ordered several items at once, this period will start after you have received the last item.
• Package the product you want to return, if possible, in the original packaging.
• You must handle the product that you want to return with care.
• Return the product including all accessories.
• The shipping costs for returning your order are for your own account.
• Fill in the entire return form and add it to the package.
